- What is the webinar about: Participants will learn how to manage milk allergy and will review some of the common misconceptions surrounding this complex allergy.
- Who is presenting: Stephanie von Dehn, a Food Allergy Canada consultant who has a background in medical social work. She works on Food Allergy Canada’s newly diagnosed program and has helped to develop and implement our Foundation in Food Allergy webinar series. She is also a co-coordinator of the Metro Vancouver Anaphylaxis Group. She has a 10-year-old daughter who has multiple food allergies, including an allergy to milk.
